Olympia 1-2-3 Ltd. was registered in the company register of the District Court of Sliven in 1994. The company was originally involved in the production and trade with farm products. As from 1999 the company started with a new activity - retail trading with food products and domestic goods carried out through a chain of supermarkets. The company is the owner of the first chain of supermarkets in Stara Zagora operated under the name Classico. Olympia 1-2-3 Ltd. is among the founding members of CBA - Bulgaria and the managing director of Olympia 1-2-3 Ltd., Mrs. Anelia Vasileva, is also a member of the Board of Directors. In September 2004 60 % of the shares of Olympia 1-2-3 Ltd. were acquired by Tivamex & Co Jsc and by this legal act the transformed company Olympia 1-2-3 Ltd., Stara Zagora, entered the holding structure of Tivamex & Co Jsc.
